SMS Communications Policy

Who receives SMS from GFX Site Development
GFX Site Development, Inc. uses SMS for internal operational communications with one group of authorized recipients:
- GFX field employees— superintendents, foremen, and crew — who receive an end-of-day work-reporting link on days they are assigned to an active project.
We do not send text messages to customers, prospects, or the public.
How recipients consent (opt-in)
Field employees consent to operational SMS communications as a condition of their employment. Phone numbers are collected during onboarding and the SMS communication policy is reviewed verbally at that time. New supers acknowledge the policy in writing on their employment paperwork.
GFX does not purchase, rent, or share phone-number lists, and the office controls a per-employee on/off switch for these messages.
What we send
- Daily work-reporting link: one end-of-day message with a secure link where the employee records the job worked, hours, and a short note on work performed. Foremen may also receive a link to log their crew.
- Missing-hours reminder: a Friday reminder to anyone with unrecorded days that week.
- No marketing. GFX does not send promotional or sales SMS to anyone.
Frequency
Approximately one message per recipient per business day, only on days the recipient is associated with an active project. Frequency may vary.
Opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to immediately unsubscribe from GFX SMS communications. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at admin@gfxsitedev.com or (914) 934-1740. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Privacy
Mobile phone numbers and SMS message content are stored on secured servers operated by GFX’s technology partner and are used solely for the purposes described above. We do not share phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS message content may be processed by GFX’s technology partner (including by AI systems used to parse structured field-report data) strictly for the purpose of generating internal reports for GFX management.
