Who we are
GFX Site Development, Inc. (“GFX”, “we”) is a licensed general contractor at 34 Bulkley Avenue, Port Chester, NY 10573. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and our internal text-message program, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact and quote requests. When you submit a form on this site we receive the name, email address, phone number, location, and project details you provide.
- Job applications. When you apply through our Careers page we receive the information in your application and any résumé or references you attach.
- Employee mobile numbers. GFX employees provide a mobile number during onboarding so we can send operational work-reporting text messages, as described in our SMS Communications Policy.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry or quote request, to evaluate job applications, and to run our day-to-day field operations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Mobile information and text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers and text-message opt-in consent are used only to deliver the operational messages described in our SMS Communications Policy. Information sharing with subcontractors that support our messaging (for example, our text-message delivery provider) is limited to what is necessary to send those messages, and all other use case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Service providers
We use reputable providers to host this website, deliver email and text messages, and store our internal records. They process information only on our behalf and under confidentiality obligations.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law (for example, employment and payroll records). Information is stored on access-controlled systems.
